We support ttl of upto 300 seconds for dns records (especially when specific dns record is having any changes with hosting setup or particular dns record has dns failover setup enabled).

Additional DNS Queries per month (purchased yearly on pro-rate basis)

These must be purchased "before" the end of the month so you do exceed quota. You can not apply this to a previous month that you went over quota. All queries purchased in advance are purchased in our normal yearly format (pro-rated based upon account expiration).

Query Overage Charges to be paid for utilised Additional DNS Queries in a month

Query overage Charges are applied to any hosting customer account which exceeds allotted monthly DNS query quota and does not pre-purchase queries.

• 2,50,000 Additional Queries used in a month = Rs.200
• 5,00,000 Additional Queries used in a month = Rs.350
• 1 Million Additional Queries used in a month = Rs.700
• 5 Million Additional Queries used in a month = Rs.3150

Note: AceHostU's Managed DNS Services are offered to all web hosting customers, who have their domain names registered at/transferred to and managed by AceHostU. Based on the chosen hosting plan, they recieve corresponding no. of dns queries free per month and option to pre-purchase more in blocks anytime in future, on a pro-rate basis).
